2. Data we collect
For enquiries: name, phone number, optional email, selected department and message. A staff member may also record an enquiry received by phone or Viber.
For service requests: vehicle details, requested service, tyre size and preferred date and time. Enquiries are stored in a staff register with a history of handling and outcomes. If analytics is allowed, we receive aggregated technical information about the visit and actions used.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to answer, prepare an offer or confirm a service request as steps requested before a contract or to perform a contract. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest. Google Analytics starts only after explicit consent.
4. Recipients and transfers
Only the authorised owner can access the staff register. Enquiry notifications are sent through Resend to the relevant business mailbox; necessary hosting and technical providers also process data. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, applicable contractual and legal safeguards are used.
5. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed to handle the request and follow-up communication, then delete or anonymise it unless law or a legal dispute requires longer retention. Security logs are kept for a limited period.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw analytics consent at any time. Email argoruse@abv.bg. You may also complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg.
